Assessments

We can provide team level, program level, and process and practices level assessments and provide a recommendation on what steps to march towards agile.

Assessments will be a combination of interviews with key representatives on the program and short or long surveys with rest of the members.

We can also assist your organization by

1. Transformation Consulting: the AgiLeanIT team can come in person at your request to consult with you, measure various Agility health aspects in your different groups and suggest what might make sense in supporting your teams
2. Providing Agile Coach candidates both at the Enterprise/Program Levels and at the Team levels, and also provide candidates for RTEs and Scrum Masters. We have several candidates available for you to talk to. Our team is committed to your success, and we work long hours every day to make your teams successful. But we are open to what you are willing to pay, and can bring in the right candidates to make it happen.
3. Bring Industry Experts and well-known authors/coaches to talk to your executive management and align the highest levels of organizational vision with what gets cascaded down the organization
4. Coordinate and bring trainers who are SAFe certified, Scrum Alliance certified and/or IC Agile certified to train various teams as we collectively see fit.
