I had the privilege to work with Prakash Bettadapur on 2 things – Program Management and Agile Transformation. Prakash played a critical role in maintaining the portfolio, be it a Budget or Resourcing. He is down to earth and has a great rapport with all of our team members. He understands the business model and needs and is very instantaneous in all his response. Prakash is also our go-to Agile Transformation Guru and a great Agile enthusiast who has delivered lot of training and coaching to senior leaders and team members. He has a penchant for Agile and with his expertise has formulated a strategy for the Agile Transformation that was well executed.
