For teams:

• Teams Workshop – 1-day + Exam (if you choose)

For the Leaders (Mid-Level Management)

• Leaders’ 1-day Workshop + Exam (if you choose)

For the Scrum Masters:

• 2-day Workshop + Exam (preferred)

For the Product Owners

• 2-day Workshop + Exam (preferred)

Part 4: Agile Release Train (ART) Launching

• Preparation with necessary tooling for execution
• Preparation for ART Launch
• 2-5 days of prep working with Scrum Masters and Product Managers/Product Owners
• Creating actual teams for execution
• PI Planning exercise: 2-day intensive workshop to plan the Program Increment (PI)

Part 5: Ongoing Guidance and Support

• Working with teams to ensure all teams are executing to the beat
• All backlogs are periodically groomed
• All Scrum meetings and Scrum-of-Scrums held
• Sprint planning/Sprint closures/Sprint demos/Retrospectives held
